1. Do you offer same-day or last-minute delivery?

When we can, yes! If you have a time-sensitive request, submit the form and follow up with a quick DM to let us know it’s urgent. We’ll do our best to make it happen.​ (Same day service incurs an additional fee.)

 

2. How do I pay?

 

We currently accept Venmo, Zelle, and Square (plus processing fee for credit card use) for payment. We don’t collect payment until after the delivery is complete, since many items are purchased locally the day of delivery. Once everything is delivered, we’ll send you a summary and payment details.

3. Can I include a message with the delivery?​​​​​​

Of course! You can write a note in the order form, and we’ll include it in a hand-written card.

4. How are deliveries made?

​

We personally hand-deliver each package to your student—outside their dorm, at a campus location, or a nearby meeting spot. To make sure it's convenient for them, we coordinate the delivery time and place directly with your student. We'll send them a friendly text the day before, and their contact info is used only for delivery—always with care and respect.

5. Can it still be a surprise if you have to contact my student?

Absolutely! Just let us know in the order form that you’d like it to be a surprise, and we’ll do our best to keep the details under wraps. We’ll reach out to your student with a vague but friendly message—like asking them to meet us for a “special delivery”—without revealing who it’s from or what it is.

6. Do you have access to dorm buildings?

​

No, we do not have direct access inside student dorms. We typically meet your student outside their building or at a location convenient for them.

7. Do you offer packages for birthdays?

​

Birthday deliveries are one of our most popular requests. We offer custom birthday packages that can include treats, balloons, personalized gifts, and a special note from you. You can choose from our sample ideas or request something completely unique—just let us know what would make their day special!

8. Do you deliver on Notre Dame home football weekends?

​

We’re unable to make deliveries on home football game days, and delivery windows are limited on Fridays before game days due to campus access restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
