Policies & Procedures

💳 Payment Payment is expected on the day of delivery. Once your student receives their package or service, we’ll send a summary and instructions to pay via Venmo, Zelle, or Square.

⚠️ Same-Day Requests We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. A rush fee will apply to same-day deliveries based on availability and delivery time. We also ask that students be available at the agreed-upon delivery time. If we need to wait more than 15 minutes or return later due to a missed delivery window, an additional fee will be added to cover extra time and travel.

📸 Photos & Social Media With your student’s permission, we may take a photo at the time of delivery. Photos may be shared on social media to highlight our services—but only when your student is comfortable and agrees.

đź§ľ Cancellations Need to cancel? Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If items have already been purchased, we may not be able to offer a full refund.

🏫 Delivery Access We do not have direct access to student dorms. Deliveries are arranged directly with the student and take place outside their dorm, in a campus lobby, or at an agreed-upon meeting spot.

📦 Custom Deliveries & Preferences We love special requests! While we can’t guarantee exact items, we do our best to match preferences and honor dietary needs based on local availability.

📱 Student Contact We reach out to your student to coordinate delivery. Their phone number is used only for this purpose, and always with respect for their privacy.
